Where do you ship?

We ship to all European Union countries and to the UK.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We offer standard shipping via DHL and express shipping via UPS.

Please note: Express shipping is unavailable for DHL Packstation deliveries.

For orders shipped to the UK, customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.

Products are crafted after an order is placed, reducing waste.

We process 95% of orders within 48 hours. However, larger orders (10+ items) may require additional production time, so please plan ahead. Once ready, your items are shipped promptly.

We accept returns! You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the return shipping costs for items that are misprinted, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
